February 25, 2012 marked the completion of the new model unit of Wood Lane Residences, an exclusive enclave in Ma-a Davao City developed by Alsons Properties. This milestone was celebrated with the model unit inauguration officiated by Fr. Zenon Ampong, parish priest of the nearby St. Francis of Assissi Parish. An open house followed wherein guests and prospects viewed the model unit for the first time.

The blessing of the model unit was led by special guest Rose Elaine Barcia-Alcantara along with the third generation of the Alcantara family, Antonio Miguel B. Alcantara of Alto Power Management Copr and Patricia Anne B. Alcantara of Alsons Properties. Also present in the momentous occasion were Agency Directors of Alsons Properties Associates Marlyn Mahipus, Libbie Pama, Joey Lim and Lillian Abella.

Conceptualized by renowned Manila-based designer Architecture Leo P. Pariñas of the LPPA Design Group, the Asian Contemporary-themed model unit highlights a well-planned layout featuring large corner windows, which optimize natural ventilation, day-lighting and viewing experience of the natural environment. Adding elegance to Architect Pariñas’ masterpiece is the interior design of Dabawenya Charisse Puentesoina, whose design incorporates a variety of well-appointed finishes that make it a spacious and comfortable home.

The model unit is a two-storey single-detached home with a 128 sq.m floor area on a 150 sq.m lot, and includes a two-car garage. It is part of Wood Lane Residences, a six-unit townhouse development within Wood Lane.

Wood Lane is a two-hectare Asian Contemporary-themed residential community along Diversion Road, beside Woodridge Park in the Ma-a District. It is envisioned to carry the same elements that have made other residential communities by Alsons Properties successful.

Now on its 50th year, Alsons Properties is a real estate company known for its excellent track record in delivering first-rate residential communities in Davao City such as Ladislawa Garden Village, Woodridge Park, Las Terrazas, Fernwood, Eden Ridge, Northcrest and Wood Lane.
